Abstract

The article deals with the issues of the need to transform the economic mechanism of the agricultural sector, requiring the search and use of such forms of organization of rural life and labor, which would steadily lead to economic growth, ensuring a decent human life. To carry out this transformation, it is necessary to balance the development of the economy and the organization of agribusiness by the classical formula «cost – start», expressed in the ratio between sectors of the economy, without which there can be no effective production, clear analysis, forecasting and planning of resource-saving technologies. The article proves that such an approach to effective management of production is possible only under the condition of cooperation, cooperation of labor, power and business, scientific school of management, technological breakthrough. The process of increasing the accumulation of capital is not only money that does not produce anything, but, above all, human capital, which itself organizes the development of society. Investing in such capital is any action that improves the skills and abilities of people so that these costs will be repeatedly compensated by increased income in the future.
