Abstract

This paper examines how the civil society affected regional political system This area of our research is a subject of the Voronezh Strategy of Social and Economic Development. The aim of this paper is to overcome the stereotyped perception of the place and role of the non-state, non-profit sector, public policy in ensuring sustainable development of the territory.
