РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ СТРАТЕГИИ ВТОРОГО ПОКОЛЕНИЯ: ОСОБЕННОСТИ РАЗРАБОТКИ

Abstract

The Federal law of the Russian Federation from June 28, 2014 No 172-FZ «On strategic planning in the Russian Federation» introduced into Russia a system of strategic planning, finding that it operates at the Federal level, the level of subjects of the Russian Federation, municipal entities. One of the basic tools is the strategy for socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. The format and requirements for the development indicate that the practice of public administration is updated with the emergence of regional strategies of the second generation coming to replace the now ongoing strategies, the development of which was started in the second half of the 90-ies of XX century and continued in the middle of the first decade of the XXI century. The article identifies and meaningful features of development of regional strategies of the second generation.
