Abstract

The article analyzes the state of the construction industry of the city district of Voronezh. According to the results of the analysis, the General trends typical for the development of the construction industry of the urban district are noted, the economic basis for the choice of its development strategy is determined. The problem of the formation of a construction cluster in the urban district is considered relevant in scientific and applied aspect. The theoretical and practical principles of its formation are offered.
