Abstract

The article addresses the problems of the labour resource use in rural areas. One of the urgent problems here is excessive labour resources. Small business development is viewed as one of the possible ways for employment growth in rural settlements. As it is obvious from the research, the possibilities for the entrepreneurship may be realized only under the condition of the complex economic and organizational governmental support.
