The article reveals the phenomenon of the concept of own economic activity as a resource of knowledge and a unique experience of individual economic socialization. The possibilities of maintaining the homeostatic state of a given knowledge resource in the context of an environment of economic relations characterized by the need for innovation are considered. The features of the change in the homeostatic state of the notion of the economic activity of the personnel of the organization and the manager as a subject of knowledge management are analyzed. The presented provisions can contribute to innovations in the activities of personnel management, personnel training.
