Abstract

This article reveals some aspects of the of the Russian bond market functioning, which could become an alternative instrument of bank lending for Russian organizations and investment for individuals and legal entities in modern conditions. The article main purpose is to identify new development sources of (drivers) for the growth of the Russian bond market, identification of new instruments of this segment of the financial market, legislative forthcoming changes in the field of the bond market review, which help to increase their in-vestment attractiveness.
