Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of strategic management of an enterprise’s innovative development in order to increase the competitiveness. The necessity of systematic introduction of innovations at the enterprise is grounded. The model of strategic management of the enterprise’s innovative development is presented, problems and features of its realization are formulated.
