The article presents an analysis of the Russian state regulatory policy of the labor market of disabled persons. The suggestions of the ways of strengthening the state support for employers who want to hire people with disabilities are provided. The authors of the study, while setting a goal to determine the priority directions of the Russian labor market of disabled persons development, show that nowadays attention towards the demand for labor of disabled persons is insufficient. Currently, an active policy is pursued to improve the level of disabled persons’education and their rehabilitation, as well as the infrastructure of the labor market of disabled persons’ development. Still the support of disabled’ employment does not act as a comprehensive system of required institutions including involvement of employers to create jobs for disabled persons.
