Abstract

The article deals with the approaches to the introduction of new technologies based on the acquisition of licenses for the right to manufacture products, attracting highly qualified specialists capable of mastering modern technological models of production, as well as to develop new ones, create joint innovative enterprises or buy a ready-made enterprise that introduces into its activities advanced technologies that contribute to its innovative development and growth stability.
