Abstract

Only those countries and those companies which are capable to interest high quality experts can win and hold the leading positions on the world scene. "Fight for talents" forces the city administrations and large business to develop complex strategies on attraction and deduction of perspective professional staff. Article is devoted to a research to formation and accumulation of knowledge in the conditions of education digitalization.
