Abstract

The decrease in the share of the budget component of financing of higher education in the region actualizes the need to expand opportunities to attract private investment for the effective training of highly qualified personnel demanded by the economy, the development of research and commercialization of their results. The article substantiates and reveals the key directions of increasing the investment activity of higher education related to the development and implementation of public-private partnership projects, infiltration of universities in the activities of business structures.
