Abstract

The article explores the state of innovative development of the Russian economy. Identifi ed and justifi ed trends in reducing the volume of innovative goods, works, services. From the standpoint of assessing the capacity of scientifi c research and the capacity for introducing their results into production, the key problems of the innovative development of our economy are identifi ed. In order to ensure a scientifi c and technological breakthrough, a set of measures has been formulated and a mechanism for its implementation has been proposed.
