Abstract

The interest in social entrepreneurship is high because it is an effective way to solve social problems in the conditions of limited state budgetary resources and at the same time social entrepreneurship is a tool for the development of the regional economy. The article is devoted to the defi nition and characteristics of social entrepreneurship, its criteria and legal forms.
