System modeling of strategic competitiveness of human capital in conditions of regional development

Abstract

The article discusses and describes the process of system modelling of the strategic competitiveness of human capital. The classification of models of socio-economic processes is presented, the necessity of constructing a model is proved, using the system approach, the conditions for constructing a model are singled out. The basis for constructing the system models presented in the article was the results of the study of the competitiveness of human capital at the enterprises of the Republic of Moldova.
