Towards a role of the vertical integration of the machine engineering enterprises in the economics of Russia

Abstract

In the article the analysis of the integration approach to the forming the economic agents in the domestic machine engineering is presented. The concept of the «vertical integration» is explained as well as its role in the manufacture high added value products. The stages of the emergence of the integrated structures in the domestic machine engineering are considered. The leaders among the integrated structures in the profit value in the domestic machine engineering and the military-industrial complex are analyzed. The model of the vertically-integrated engineering structure is constructed and its main economic advantages are defined.
