Analysis of investments in fixed capital and directions of investment activity in Russia

Abstract

The article is devoted to the questions, concerning modern economic conditions, which need continuous updating, reconstruction, modernization of capital assets to maintain a high level of the enterprise competitiveness. The process of reproduction of capital assets requires considerable capital investments which can include both equity financing and involved funds. The article examines the structure of the investment sources into the reproduction of the capital assets and the ways to activate the investment activity in Russia. An evaluating of the level and dynamics of the investments into the capital assets is also analyzed in it.
