Abstract

In the modern economic system a key factor in the competitiveness of the economy, the basis of economic growth is productivity. High labor productivity contributes to more efficient use of all resources, which is an important component of the quality of the labor force. The accumulated human capital plays significant role in the formation of a high-performance workforce, along with the level of technological development of production.
