Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of regional agreements on the minimum wage, concluded in the subjects of the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 133.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. For the analyzed period (2013-2016), the changes in approaches to the establishment of the minimum wages in the regions were considered, and its features were been emphasized. As a result of the analysis of regional agreements, enlargement of the practice of differentiating the minimum wage in the subjects of the Russian Federation was identified.
