An assessment of resource strategy of VINK on the basis systems of the balanced indices and key indices of efficiency of the oil and gas companies

Analyzes the objective possibilities of the balanced scorecard (BSC) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in the field of reproduction of the mineral resource base. Evaluates the possibilities of practical application of MSP and KPIs in the existing vertically integrated oil companies (VICs) in order to select the parameters that most accurately reflect the level of achievement of the strategic objectives VIC card. Since the strategy maps VICs individual, the creation of BSC requires creativity and mechanical copying of the reference example, successful companies do not give the desired result. The general sense of the MTP is optimal (balanced) approach to the determination of a few vertically integrated strategy BSC perspectives, thus projected on the evaluation of the activities of all divisions of vertically integrated oil companies, taking into account the already established corporate strategies and contributes to the understanding of its role of each employee in the manufacturing sector. The main function of the MTP is to collect, organize and follow a comprehensive analysis of regular reporting of information. This system is not just accounting and recording, it is necessary for strategic decision-making and administrative structures of vertically integrated oil companies, so that it becomes not just a part of the system, and its main component.
