Abstract

The article considers the impact of the measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia, the United States, Western Europe. The problems of impeding the intensive development of the Russian economy at the present stage, through the stimulation of entrepreneurship development. A search of new state regulation of development of small and medium business arrangements. Measures to stimulate the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
