Assessment of the modern Russian practice of strategy of structural changes in economy of regions

Abstract

In article the problem of assessment of management practice by structural changes in regions of the country is considered. As a part of strengths of strategic documents are determined: development of cluster approach; expansion of a range of tasks in the sphere of increase in competitiveness of regions; development of sector of the higher education and scientific research; use of intermunicipal commercial ties; increase in a share of the population occupied in high-productive sectors; enhancement of the spatial organization of business; production greening; increase in a variety of forms and management tools structural changes. As a part of weaknesses of modern practice of management of structural changes: narrow range of perspective forms of the organization of business; poorly disaggregated planning of structural changes; backwardness of methods of management of structural changes.
