Foreign experience of public management structural changes in the economy: historical and genetic aspect

Abstract

In work experiment of the high-technology countries on the organization of structural changes in economy is researched. The emphasis on the directions and instruments of public management of structural changes used by these countries during transition from the fourth to the fifth technological way is placed. General is revealed and special in the used instruments of public management.
