Methodological approach to determining QMS processes within the group leadership

Abstract

This article shows that at the level of leadership and commitment of senior management in respect of the QMS is now introduced requirements for receiving reports on the impact of QMS, considering the context of the organization when establishing policies and objectives in the field of quality, quality policy dissemination within the organization, to integrate the requirements of the QMS in the organization's business processes, develop an understanding of the process approach, ensure the effectiveness of the QMS, including by stimulating the activity of employees in this direction, support continuous improvement, as well as the support of officials in the demonstration of leadership in their area of responsibility. Group of QMS processes «leadership» should be formed to ensure that the goals and objectives of the regime keeping complexes efficiency and enhancing the effective functioning of the main and providing administrative and processes of the QMS in the enterprise as a whole.
