Abstract

The article reflects the specific features of the infrastructure market regulation of mutual funds in Russia, in particular, special pricing on the market of mutual funds and the timing of transactions with the investment shares. In the end, draw conclusions, reflecting features of the infrastructure regulation of mutual funds in the stock exchange and over-the-counter securities markets in Russia.
