Conceptual approaches to management of the integrated formations in agrarian and industrial complex

Abstract

Describes the acceleration mechanisms of agroindustrial integration at the beginning of the XXI century, defined contemporary management challenges of agricultural holdings. Outlined the conceptual management approaches for integrated units, developed specific measures to improve the management of the largest vertically integrated structures of the Russian sugar beet subcomplex. Proposed project organization and management structure of agricultural holdings on the example of Prodimex group.
