Abstract

In article reproduction approach to research of quality of the human capital, based on the principle of systemacity and the principle of «process-result» reveals. Reproduction process of movement of quality of the human capital on stages is reasonable: natural quality, functional quality, the system quality, the realized quality; providing its formation, accumulation, development and realization.
