The development of innovation economy of Russia

Abstract

Modern research conducted by academic institutions, aimed in the ground to solve applied problems of rationalization, improvement, modernization, not more. Such a policy naturally, has no long-term factor for the development of the enterprise itself, and thus the economy as a whole. Formation of reproduction of basic knowledge is not brought to the forefront in the strategic development of the country. All this contributes to the formation of innovation system in Russia, therefore, it is necessary to resort to borrowing policy of existing innovations. Naturally, this negatively affects the formation of a national innovation system.
