Analaitical survey of the evolution of theoretical and methodological perspectives on the category of "human capital"

Abstract

In the article the genesis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the category «human capital» is produced. Given the role of this type of capital in the development of the international community, the procedure carried out systematic methods for calculating its value. Justified, that in today's innovation economy, need to develop an integrated system of indicators, taking into account the status and development of human capital. It will analyze and give a comparative assessment of the level of socioeconomic development of regions, the quality of human capital at different levels of spatial aggregation in the framework of international statistical standards.
