The infrastructure of state support for small business as a factor of transition to the innovational regional economy

Abstract

The authors examine the necessity to intensify the state mechanism of support for small business in the course of modernization of the economy. They analyze the directions of state financial aid and the role of the infrastructure of support for small enterprise as it is realized in the Lipetsk region. Estimation of effectiveness and further expediency of the development by the state of the infrastructure of support for small enterprise for transition to the innovation economy is suggested.
