Process approach and its role in increasing the efficiency of Russian companies

Abstract

This article discusses the current situation in high-tech sector, which focuses on small innovative companies. The paper considers main problems existing in the activities of innovative enterprises, and proposes solutions to address them, based on the use of tools of the process approach to the company organization.
