Abstract

The article describes the reasons for the refusal by employers to unemployed citizens in the process of in 2010 as an example of data Novokuznetsk Employment Center. The author concludes that the only way to overcome the mismatch between the skill levels of applicants for the modern workplace and its requirements of employers is to improve the quality of the workforce.
