Abstract

The article is devoted to conceptual economical and sociological approaches to definition and substance of conception of precarious employment. Economists and sociologists from all over the world define precarious employment as one of the key modern problems which is related to structural features of modern global order or market capitalism. Precarious employment is one of the forms of global precarization which influence modern social, cultural, economical and political life.
