Abstract

Human resources are fundamental component in socio-economic development of territories. It affects on population and labour force reproduction. In turn, migration is one of the key factors in population and labor force development. The article focuses on features of national migration (rural-urban, urban-rural) and assessed its impact on the rural labor force. The research determined an effects of migration exchange and factors that influence the formation and development of rural labor force. The authors has developed suggestions in terms of socio economic and migration policy which aimed to efficient use of rural labor force in order to ensure sustainable development of agricultural sector and rural area in Russia.
