Optimize budgetary costs associated with state support of small business in Russia

Abstract

Many years of experience in the development of the world economy shows a high socio-economic importance of small business. Thanks to small businesses creating new jobs and, therefore, decreasing unemployment, increased welfare of citizens, the market is saturated with a variety of goods and services, is the formation of a large proportion of the country's gross domestic product. Economic downturns and other negative factors in the global and regional economies heavily influence the development of small businesses, often causing them to bankruptcy. In the Russian Federation, State enterprise support is implemented in the finance, property, information, Advisory areas. However, despite the impressive subsidies for these activities, often such support is weak. Therefore it is necessary to optimize these costs.
