Features of formation of investment activity of corporations

Abstract

The article discusses the role of investment in the formation of corporations and increment of capital in the Russian economy. Described stage investment corporation process, allowing more detailed study of the objects ofinvestment, adjusted indicators of economic efficiency, to determine the level and the ability to minimize the financial risks at each stage of planning and investment. Cost-effectiveness is evaluated on the final stage of the investment activities of the corporation of the process, the final level of which is to determine the direction of use of the accumulated capital (consumption, accumulation, reinvestment). Thus, the urgency and efficiency created by the author and presented investment corporation of the process, contributing to the preservation of the capital structure of the corporation in the positive dynamics and to maximize the economic benefit to investors.
