Abstract

In the article the problem of fictive stock as the attribute of system existence of regional economy is considered. The inter connection between real and fictive stock as the process which determinate the competition ability of regional economy system in the process of evolution of territorial competition and global integration is discovered. The necessity of generation of fictive stock of region as the system subject of economical relations for formation of investment offer at mezzo-level is grounded. The getting conception view of fictive stock of regional economy may be use for discovering the subject status of regional economy system and for grounding new functions of territorial management and structural component of regional economical policy.
