Abstract

Изучена магнитная фазовая диаграмма твердых растворов, образованных ферримагнетиком Cu0.5Fe0.5Cr2S4 (TC = 347 K) и антиферромагнетиком Cu0.5In0.5Cr2S4 (TN = 35 K), которые кристаллизуются в структуре F 4–3m (T 2 d ). С этой целью в широком интервале полей (0,05—40 кЭ) и температур (5—300 К) измерены магнитные свойства образцов этих твердых растворов Cu0,5Fe0,5–xInxCr2S4, где: х = 0; 0,1; 0,2; 0,3; 0,4; 0,42; 0,45; 0,46; 0,48; 0,5.
