Abstract

На основе температурной зависимости внутренней энергии получены размерные зависимости теплоты плавления нанокластеров золота, меди, алюминия и кобальта. Моделирование осуществлялось методом Монте-Карло, взаимодействие между атомами задавалось
многочастичным потенциалом Гупта.
