Development of a mechanism for sustainable development of the economy of industrial industries based on digitalization and platformation of industry space
Abstract
Importance: rapid changes in economic conditions affecting all sociopolitical processes require the use of modern management approaches to transform the organizational processes of enterprises and industries. Currently, the use of digital technologies ensures economic growth and increased competitiveness of business entities. Thanks to digital technologies, enterprises and industries have the opportunity to significantly increase sales markets, quickly obtain information about the state of the market, the experience of consuming their goods, the actions of other economic entities, and then use systematized and processed information to more accurately predict their activities and make more effective management decisions. decisions. The subject of the study is the main approaches and features of the formation of digital platforms for industrial sectors and enterprises. Purpose: the main goal of the study is to develop a mechanism for the sustainable development of the economy of industrial sectors and enterprises through platformization of the industry space. The research was carried out through systematization and comparative analysis of special and educational economic literature, as well as scientific works, articles of foreign and domestic economists covering the existing practice of platformization of the industry space. Research design: assuming that the basis for the sustainable development of the economy of industrial enterprises and industries is to increase the efficiency of interaction and use of the internal capabilities of current and potential participants in the industry space, through the development and implementation of digital platforms. Results: based on the considered platformization techniques, the main business models of digital platforms and scenarios for their formation, a procedure for creating a digital platform for the industrial sector, based on the ecosystems of its main stakeholders, their needs and key competencies, is proposed for the purpose of its effective and sustainable development in the context of digital transformation of the economy. The practical significance of the conducted research lies in the development of techniques for platformization of industrial sectors and enterprises, the use of which will make it possible to develop a digital platform for a specific industry with the aim of its effective and sustainable development in the context of digital transformation of the economy
