Formalization of risk management process in organization

Abstract

Article is devoted to necessity, conditions and possibilities of formalization risk-management process in the organization. There are allocated basic elements of effective process of risk management and organizational aspect of creation risk management structure. The special attention is payed to active risk management and to the concept of «comprehensible risk».
