Abstract
The article analyzes problems of the modern transformation period of Russian civil aviation development. The author specifies that now necessity of innovative development of the branch appears obvious, but there are a number of objective problems on the way of the innovative development model realization. In this connection the author supposes that realization of the innovative development model will become possible only on condition that simultaneously anti-recessionary measures will be carried out in the branch and in parallel innovative technologies will begin to be introduced.Downloads
