Modern strategic model based on TQM

Abstract

Nowadays strategy forming process is quite important. It is suggested to form a modern strategic model based on TQM, its constituent elements and peculiarities of its functioning on the basis of analysis of the modern TQM concept, determination of its key elements and the factors that influence quality.
