About collisions of «strategy of development of the north caucasian federal district till 2025?

Abstract

In May-September in mass media the project complex «Strategy of development of the North Caucasian federal district till 2025» was widely discussed. In article the materials published as in mass regional editions, and the little-known blogs, reflecting public opinion concerning quality of this document already confirmed by the Government of the Russian Federation are generalized. Authors are convinced that result of working out of strategy of territorial development in «an emergency mode» by capital firms, instead of the regional scientific organizations, that became today the general practice, are the documents which are not possessing use value and are not reflecting true priorities of developments of territory.
