Anticyclical investment policy on micro and macro levels

Abstract

The article contains an overview of medium and long term economic cycles observed in Russia since the second half of XIX century. It is demonstrated that it is important to manage the cyclical dynamics in order to ensure sustainable development of national economy. An analysis of main approaches towards regulation of cyclical dynamics is given. A complex of anticyclical measures for medium and long tern cycles is proposed taking into account different stages of the cycle.
