Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of tobacco trademarks promotion on the market of Russia. In particular, restrictions imposed on the process of tobacco trademarks promotion are described, a potential for further use of the most popular tools of tobacco trademarks promotion at the time is identified, prospective tools of marketing are developed, taking into account trends in legislation, an author's approach of the choice of tobacco trademarks promotion strategies is proposed, a model of tobacco trademarks promotion in Russian conditions is describe.
