Abstract

Labor plays a leading role in a man’s and society’s life. There are some differences between hired labor, home production, self-employment and entrepreneurial activity. Many difficult theoretical affairs are related to labor. Where is the difference between labor and hobby? What are the features of servicemen labor? Is it possible to speak about criminal labor activity? It’s necessary to find the answers to these questions especially considering the importance of labor as economic category and social phenomenon.
