Abstract
In article processes of formation of financial behavior of credit and financial institute in the conditions of a competition in the retail market of bank services are considered. In the light of transformation of the market of sellers in the market of consumers in the market of a bank retail more and more banks pass from traditional financial behavior to formation of the innovative. The innovative model of financial behavior on the basis of marketing competitive strategy of a financial supermarket is offered by the author.
