Application of the Adaptive Method of Forecasting to Planning of the Costs for Indemnifi cation of Losses of the Electric Power in Electric Grid of the Regional Electric Grid Company

Abstract

In the paper the economic feasibility of the improving of cost planning for the compensation of electricity losses in electric systems is considered. Application of an adaptive method of the forecasting based on the Theil-Wage model to calculation of a tariff for compensation of losses of the electric power in electric grid of the regional electric grid company is offered. This can promote the solution of an actual problem of reduction of the lost revenues of the regional electric grid company.
