Development of evaluation test housing and utilities services and asset management company activity under the conditions of innovation

Abstract

The article describes the necessity of search and development of a method, capable of comprehensively assess the quality of a management company activities, on the provision of utility services, taking into account the commissioning of innovative developments. The system of indicators allowing rather informatively characterizing and defining a condition of efficiency of the managing director the company is developed. Uniqueness and suitability of this method for use at the enterprises in the field of housing and communal services and other areas is proved.
